We value our customer's faith in us and want to provide as much information about the order process as possible. We live in a global economy and where a particular product may be residing at the time of order is not immediately known. Some products will be warehoused in the US, while others come from manufacturers in other countries. With the vast system of air freight in use, distance is not as much of an issue as it once was. Generally, many consumer products come from Asia, and so it is not unusual for a product to be originated in China, for instance. This is the same process the the major retail giants also have to navigate. When a shipping estimate is stated on a product, there is usually a range of best case to worst case. Usually it averages closer to the best case time than the worst case. Also, the tracking info does not appear until the package is registered with the international carrier, so for some time after your order, while no tracking information appears, there will be activity at the factory or warehouse in preparing you order to be delivered to the carrier. So, please be patient and keep checking back here.
In addition to the order lookup above, here are a host of global tracking websites. All you have to do is enter your tracking # into the order track field. Do understand that there may be only a few carriers involved in your order delivery, so if you get no results, it may mean that carrier is not a part of the delivery chain. Also, it's good to remember that the reporting of actual transportation movement usually lags the actual delivery activity.
