We know that you want to receive your order as fast as possible. And since shipping costs are a part of your overall product cost, you want that to be as inexpensive as possible. The Cool Products Store will do everything possible to make that happen!
How much does shipping cost?
For orders within the United States (48 contiguous states), our shipping rates are based off the calculated weight of your order.
For many, if not most of our products, the shipping is free within the USA. Some products will require an additional shipping charge, which is calculated at checkout. You will know what those charges are before you make payment. These charges will be based upon weight and whether you want the delivery to be faster.
If you live outside of the US, then the shipping rate will be calculated during checkout.
Please know that we do not mark up the shipping charges on your order or add any additional handling charges. As a company dedicated to offering our customers the highest quality and lowest prices, we are strongly opposed to packaging and handling charges.
Cool Products Store utilizes most of the standard shipping services; USPS, UPS or FedEx.
How long does it take for The Cool Products Store to Process my Order?
In most cases. your order is processed the same day it is placed. For orders placed after 6:00PM CST, the processing will be the next day.
How Will I Know the Status of My Order?
Depending upon your location, your order should arrive the number of days stated on each product listing. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships that will include a tracking number for your order. We encourage you to add your phone number during checkout as we will text the different stages of your order's delivery. You may check on your order shipping status here.

Since we live in a global economy, many of the products we carry originate from factories around the world. With fast air freight in place, this impacts delivery time very little.
